B-Live Transformation
In 2009, Bacardi B-Live worked with our agency on repositioning B-Live from a mainstream college market tour to an authentic branded music tour. The objective was for B-Live to become its own brand and gain the respect of true music lovers through talent selection and a true voice. Our new B-Live was unique music-driven experiences as well as a new tonality through subcultures to portray an overall artistic authenticity.
I worked directly with our client and the experiential agency to concept and develop creative ways of reaching those consumers who follow counter culture. I lead our team through in-depth research of music festivals and tours throughout the world, as well as an exploration of trends in up-and-coming electro music scenes and overall subculture.

The BOOM BOX theme was initially created in the brainstorm I had with my client in DC. I sketched a Boombox DJ booth and back drop which was later used as reference. An agency in Canada that works with Cirque De Soleil built the final stage.
